Staff Personal Development
Staff training continued to be an important area of focus in development of both the administrative capability and in enhancing the skill and knowledge of the Care providers of both the Homes. To ensure that the Home is run in a professional manner and that the children who are sent to us are accorded the appropriate care and attention all staff of the Home continue to attend appropriate training to handle their respective job functions.
